This week I have traded in my buscuit tin, my oh so lovely buscuit tin, for these Swedish Rye crisp breads.
They are a little offensive on their own if you are making a vast transition from bad food to good. My son and I both agreed that they taste likr dry weetabix. Haha!
This evening we both tried them with a fruity spread. He loves orange marmalade and he came back for seconds. I, feeling very berry this month, chose blueberry spread and it tasted beautiful.
Goodbye scottish shorbread buscuits and chocolate bourbons. Hello Rye crispbread. I feel like a converted woman.
